هلال‌ فرشیدورد زاده‌ی شهرستان رستاق استان تخار می‌باشد. او که اخیرا کارشناسی ارشد خود را در رشته زبان و ادبیات فارسی از دانشگاه علامه طباطبائی در ایران دریافت کرده است، از جمله شاعران شاخص شعر معاصر در افغانستان به شمار می‌رود.

از فرشیدورد تا اکنون این مجموعه‌شعرها نشر شده است:
